Returns & Exchanges

The below policy applies to purchases made through the official website.

All returns are processed as store credit only. No refunds will be issued.
Returns/exchanges must be made within 24 hours of the delivery date.

A return/exchange can be initiated only after a return shipping fee of ₹150 is paid. For
exchanges, an additional ₹150 is applicable for reshipping the replacement item, making it ₹300
in total.

Returns require only ₹150 since it involves a one-way shipment back to us. All shipping charges
are mandatory and non-refundable.
Store credits are valid up to 6 months from the date of issue and cannot be extended.
All items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, and unwashed (with the original
return tags attached).

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items, such as items with makeup stains, or those carrying any scent (perfume, etc.) will
not be accepted. Customised orders, sale items, and store credits cannot be returned.
All orders placed during sale are final. Items purchased as part of a final sale, archive sale, end-
of-season sale, or any other markdown on the website are not eligible for return or exchange.
Only authorised returns will be processed. Any unauthorised returns will be refused, and the
customer must arrange for collection of their items.
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, inform us within 24 hours at
stagekawardrobe@email.com or WhatsApp us on +91-6202180307 with your order number and
images of the issue. Refund will be issued within 8–10 working days of receiving the piece back
at the facility.

EXCHANGE OR RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, WhatsApp us at +91-6202180307 along with your reason for return.
Approval of return requests will be at the sole discretion of the company.
Provide the reason for your return/exchange when submitting your request.
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a courier pickup at your provided address within
2–3 working days. Please notify us of any changes in your pickup address while placing the
request.

After the return is received at our warehouse, it will undergo quality inspection and upon
approval, our team will process the store credit within 2–3 business days.
You can place a new order using store credits.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

Orders placed using store credits cannot be returned or exchanged.
In case the garment is shipped back by you, Stage ka Wardrobe will not be liable for any loss
incurred during the return of the shipment.
